At the first stop on the winery tour for the Hen's Day out with Cork 'n Fork Tours. The ladies had just been given the information about how to taste wine correctly to enhance their experience for the day. They found out that some of them had sweet palettes and others were dry, while some were somewhere in between. This is normal as everyone's palette is not the same..........we all taste and smell things differently. This is why wine is a very individual tasting experience.
