Close friends, Mother's and bridal party were the order of the day for LIbby's Hen's day out with Cork 'n Fork Tours. The organiser requested a lunch with a difference and asked if we could go to The Overflow 1895, although this is some distance from Tamborine Mountain we were able to arrange for it all to happen.First stop after pickup on the mountain was the Queensland Wine Center, where all were introduced to the art of wine tasting. This helps to enhance the experience and sets the tone for the day. Second stop just off the mountain at Albert River Wines (more photos later)
Lunch destination The Overflow 1895 on Wyralong Dam 35 minutes from Albert River, not far really. Tasting at the table and then a grazing style lunch of cheese platters, salads, gourmet relishes, Mediterranean hot pot, garlic prawns and crispy turkish breads all washed down with a couple of wines.
